Shipping Policy


Our products usually ship within 1-5 business days depending on the product (s) purchased. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The average shipping transport time in the united states is 2-7 business days and international is 10-15 business days depending on location.

NOTE: YOU MAY RECEIVE MULTIPLE PACKAGES FOR ONE ORDER. Our orders are fulfilled out of different locations in the United States to speed up shipping times. This means for some customers who order two or more products may receive multiple packages for the above-mentioned order. 

Bass Bones is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipping provider if the package is lost or stolen.  Bass Bones is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. or other shipping carrier.

Some international orders in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees. The customer is responsible for the above-mentioned fees if they are applicable internationally.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover or reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return or exchanges.
